1 ] 50 % of your selected tour must be to paid in to secure a confirmed booking! Deposit can be made by Cash or Credit card. 2 ] After secure booking is made, Please inform us as soon as possible, should there arise any changes that will affect your scheduled date of arrival and planned day of tour with us. 3 ] NO refunds if cancellation is made 2 days prior to tour. 4 ] If cancellation is made with the prior of 2 weeks to 2 days prior to tour, 10% service charge will apply. 5 ] Full refund if cancellation is sent more than 2 weeks in advance. 6 ] If your tour is cancelled by Belize Master Tour, due to inclement weather, your reservation deposit will be refunded to you in full. 7 ] Belize is a big and diverse country, with lots to see. If one excursion is inevitably cancelled, another might be possible. 8 ] We request that the remaining balance for your tour be made at the time of departure of your scheduled tour. 9 ] Our country requires a 12.5% general sales tax payable on your credit card. 10 ] Should there be anyone pregnant, or someone suffering with any kind of illness, Please advice us before taking the tour. Kindly present your doctor endorsement. 11 ] If you fail to show on the day of your booked tour, full price will be charged.
